Open tender for the purchase of equipment, relevant software and local digital model for the purpose of integrated use of radar data and creation of a situation center

Lot 1: Procurement of equipment, relevant software and local digital model for the integrated use of radar data and the creation of a situation center 

Bidders are invited to submit their bids in writing in sealed, signed double envelopes. Bidders must have the necessary financial and technical capacity to perform the contract. Baku city, H.Aliyev ave.10 (Contact person: Vasif Aliyev phone:

Participation fee:

Lot 1: 1000 AZN

Bank details of the procuring entity to pay the tender participation fee:

The participation fee is not refundable in any case.

Bidders must submit the following documents to participate in the tender;

Full name of the bidder, legal status, country of registration and details of the charter;

Bank document on payment of participation in the tender;

Tender proposal (must be valid for at least 30 banking days from the date of opening the envelopes);

Bank guarantee in the amount of 1% of the tender proposal value (must be valid for at least 60 banking days from the date of opening the envelopes);

 

Certificate from the relevant tax authority on the absence of overdue obligations on taxes and other obligatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

A copy of the financial report of the bidder on the activity for the last year, approved by the tax authorities;

Bank statement on the financial condition of the bidder for the last year;

Full name of the bidder, legal status, country of registration of the charter and details;

Other documents identified by the contractor.

- Written application for participation in the tender; - Experience in similar work, official information on the bidder's logistical and personnel capabilities; - Certificate from the relevant tax authority confirming that there have been no cases of non-fulfillment of the taxpayer's obligations established by the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the last year (excluding the period of suspension); - Official information on whether the plaintiffs have been involved in litigation for non-fulfillment of their obligations for the last five years; - Information on the subcontractor who will sign the contract for the work (if the subcontractor is involved);

Documents must be prepared in the Azerbaijani language, in 2 copies (original and copy) (tender proposals in a foreign language must be translated into the Azerbaijani language). The tender procedure will be conducted in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement.

To participate in the tender, bidders must submit the above documents (excluding tender proposal and bank guarantee) until 30.07.2020 15:00, and the tender proposal and bank guarantee in a sealed double envelope until 11.08.2020 17:00 Baku, H.Aliyev ave. Must submit to 10 addresses. The tender proposal and bank guarantee must be submitted in a sealed double envelope. Envelopes submitted after the deadline will be returned unopened. Opening of bidders' proposals will be held on 12.08.2020 at 15:00 at the address: 10, H.Aliyev ave., Baku. Authorized representatives of the bidders may attend the opening.
